IPM

Institut průmyslového managementu, spol. s r.o. (IPM) was found in 1993 at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen with the aim to transfer know-how and to spread outcomes from research and development to broad spectrum of companies. Those activities are implemented via specific business cases that are realized in a form of consultancy, studies, experts' reports and implementation projects.

Unified formalized methodology of project management used during projects' execution guarantees our clients an exact identification and measurement of project targets as well as full control over the project process. The methodology provides fundamental assumptions for the project so they can be completed in given time, in line with the budget and meeting all quality requirements.

In 2000 IPM obtained a status of Regional advisory and information center (RPIC) under the aegis of Ministry of Industry and Trade in order to develop small and medium enterprises by using the grants from the state budget programs of the Czech Republic and of the European Union. In 2001 the company fulfilled the conditions for obtaining the certificate of Quality Management System ISO 9002:1994 and further, in 2003 for the certificate ISO 9001:2000.
